All prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or stock error has occurred, or where we are unable to ship to your location — in which case you will receive a full refund.

Delivery is made in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Product use and safety

Our garment steamer produces hot steam. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product, do not direct steam at people or animals, and keep the device out of the reach of children. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product.

All content on this store — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Sletta or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
